Deposits and withdrawals
You can fund your account by bank transfer, card or through the electronic payment systems available in your country. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days. How long the money takes to reach you depends on the method and the receiving bank. The minimum deposit is $10,000.
How do I fund my account?

Use the login and password for your trading account.

Open the “Deposit” section
The methods available in your country are shown automatically.
- Step 3
Choose a method and amount
Enter an amount in line with your account type ($10,000 for Standard, $25,000 for Bronze, $50,000 for Silver or $100,000 for Gold).
- Step 4
Review and confirm
Check the conversion rate and any fees that apply, then confirm the payment.
- Step 5
Wait for the funds to be credited
The money appears in your account once the payment system has settled it.

Confirm the request
With the code from the email or the app.

Receive your money
We will process the request within 1–3 business days and send the money by your chosen method.

Which withdrawal rules should I know?
Same method, same name
Withdrawals go to the same method and the same account holder's name used for the deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
Verification before the first withdrawal
You must complete verification before your first withdrawal.
End of the business day
Requests submitted at the end of the business day are processed on the next business day.
Additional documents
We may request additional documents if the amount is large or the transaction is unusual.
Frequently asked questions
The most common reasons are incomplete verification, a mismatch in the account holder's details or restrictions at the receiving bank.
Usually not: withdrawals must go back to the source of the deposit. Exceptions are set out in the client agreement.
As long as the request has not yet been processed, you can cancel it in your client area.
